A: YES! All transactions are processed by Paypal and your information are never stored in our system. In fact, Paypal is the safest platform to transact anything about buying online.

 Q: DO YOU HAVE A QUALITY GUARANTEE?

A: OF COURSE! We always make sure that every order and package is packed with utmost care. We guarantee that every item that we shipped passed quality check and control.

Q: WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME ON MY ORDER?

A: We shipped orders everyday and we know how excited our customer are to receive their order. But sometimes, there is a delay due to overwhelming demand. However, we always 100% guarantee that every order is delivered to every of our customers.

  • International countries usually takes 4-5 weeks.

Q: AM I LIABLE FOR MY ORDER WHILE IT IS BEING SHIPPED?

A: You are not liable for your order while it is being shipped. All our orders are fully insured by Gear Just For You.

 Q: WHAT ARE YOUR ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards and debit cards. We also accept PayPal. If you would like to process a bank transfer, please contact us.

  • In order to reduce those afflicted by fraud, we have security measures in place for all payments processed via credit card. If your billing address does not match your shipping address, the shipment of your package might be delayed or your order might be canceled and refunded. Such orders can be repurchased using a credit card with no mismatched information.

Q: WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SHIP TO?

A: Our priority is USA as we are located in California. Fortunately, since our products interests people around the globe, we are glad to let you know that we are shipping globally at any part of the world.

 Q: I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER MY ORDER?

A: Usually after the successful payment, you will be receiving an automatic email for Order Confirmation. If the Order Confirmation is not in your inbox, you may check  your SPAM folder as sometimes emails go directly to that folder. However, if you haven’t received the Order Confiramtion, please feel free to contact or email us anytime at support@gearjustforyou.com

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

A: We are human and do make mistake but rest assured that we will always take care of you the best that we can. Gear Just For You has a 7-day return-exchange policy based on the tracking number that we have provided. Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, unused and must be in the original packaging. You may reach our email support how we can better assist you.

  •  DAMAGE ITEM: Please send us a photo or a short video clip focusing why the item is damaged.
  • MISSING ITEM: Please send us a photo of the shipping label of the parcel you have received.

 For returned item/s, please do not forget to provide a working tracking number to expedite our investigations and ease up the process.

 We do not offer refunds/exchange for consumable products and products that has already been used even once. As well as products that has been put on-sale and discount offers.

 All returns will not be accepted if you do not first obtain the RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) from support@gearjustforyou.com

Q: HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

A: We're sorry to hear! An order containing regular, in-stock products can be canceled if the items have not yet been prepared for shipment and orders that has already been marked fulfilled as there is no way for us to pull back the parcel that we have already shipped. Please note that your refund will not include any promotions or discounts applied to your order. There is a 15% restocking fee for orders that is not yet being marked fulfilled to cover up the processing fee from our payment processor.

Q: HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Q: WHAT DOES "BEING PROCESSED" MEAN?

A: We have received your order and are preparing your order for shipment.

 Q: HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

A: Shipping depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and shipping destination. Our standard US shipping cost is $4.99 unless you order a large amount of weight. On FREE promotional items shipping starts at $9.99 as we are shipping from different shipping warehouses overseas.

Q: How do I track my packages?

A: You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account. If you are having trouble or perhaps unable to navigate the Order Status Page, we are always here to help you. You can email us at support@gearjustforyou.com.

 Q: I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS, BUT I ONLY RECEIVED 1. WHERE IS MY ORDER?

A: We sometimes ship the items separately depending on the overall weight of the package. Also, we have several warehouses which fulfill the orders based on availability. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way

Q: WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ITEM? DO YOU GUARANTEE DELIVERY?

A: We 100% guarantee delivery of every item! If you do not receive your order within the delivery window, simply contact us at support@gearjustforyou.com and we will get you taken care of!
